“I received an invitation and having never attended a wellness retreat previously I was intrigued by what the day may offer and so I decided to join in. As soon as I arrived at the location, I felt I could take a breath and let go of the worries of the day, it was so peaceful and tranquil. The activities for the day included yoga, breath work, sound therapy, all of which were new experiences for me which I thoroughly enjoyed. The facilitators for each session were encouraging and supportive. The food was amazing and everyone who attended was friendly. I am so looking forward to the next retreat!”
