Co-Founder - Director
Corrie has a bachelor's degree from Sydney University majoring in Psychology and Economics Social Science. Corrie has 17 years international recruitment experience working across the Sydney, Brisbane, and New York markets.
Corrie wants people to thrive in their career and she wants to enable this to happen. Being well in the workplace is pivotal to the success of any business. She is not talking about eating kale or inhaling a downward dog.
Obsessed with human potential and her purist in this has led Corrie to learn and now teach in the wellness space, whether that be yoga, meditation, mindfulness or nutrition. Corrie infuses these tools in everything she does.

With more than 15 years’ industry experience and outstanding knowledge across all aspects of recruitment, Lauren is well-placed to deliver the strategies and solutions your business requires. She has the proven ability to adapt to different market trends and candidate markets, having successfully navigated through a Global Financial Crisis, pandemics, major floods and a wide variety of scenarios.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration degree which underpins her skillset and provides a valuable insight into how businesses operate
As a keen networker who is adept at building rapport, Lauren has built strong connections amongst the local Northern Rivers and Gold Coast business communities.
