3 - Reference & Pre-Employment Checks

We complete relevant reference checks and coordinate agreed pre-employment requirements, including right-to-work verification, qualifications, licences, police checks and role-specific checks where required.

4 - Employment & Payroll Management

Once your candidate commences, SHIFT Contract Services manages timesheets, fortnightly payroll, PAYG withholding and superannuation contributions — providing capable support without the burden of direct employment administration.
